These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 1jcom platform, including all games, betting markets, account features, and payment services available to Pakistani players. Please read them carefully before registering or depositing.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, or play on 1jcom. Age verification is mandatory and enforced without exceptions. Accounts found to belong to under-21 users will be suspended immediately.
Each player is permitted exactly one 1jcom account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension. Account sharing with other individuals is also strictly forbidden.
All 1jcom bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements stated clearly in each offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal. Full details appear in Section 6 below.
All transactions on 1jcom are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit is Rs 100. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit. 1jcom charges no fees on standard PKR transactions.
Deposit limits, session time controls, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion are available to all account holders at no cost. 1jcom is committed to preventing problem gambling and will act on responsible gaming requests promptly.
Fraud, match-fixing, collusion, use of automated betting software, and abuse of promotional offers are strictly prohibited. 1jcom reserves the right to void bets, suspend accounts, and recover funds where prohibited activities are identified.
Important Notice: By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the 1jcom platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 1jcom platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1jcom. By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
2.2 These Terms should be read alongside the 1jcom Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 1jcom.
2.3 1jcom reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 If you are accessing the 1jcom Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

3.1 To access the full range of 1jcom services, including placing bets and making deposits, you must create a registered Account. Registration is free of charge.
To register a 1jcom Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual may hold only one active 1jcom Account at any time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 1jcom reserves the right to merge or close the accounts and void any associated bonuses or winnings derived from the duplication.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 1jcom will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify 1jcom support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
4.1 The 1jcom platform is strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of 21 years. This restriction applies universally and without exception.
4.2 1jcom employs automated and manual age verification procedures at the point of registration and prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Players may be required to submit government-issued identification documents — including but not limited to a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driver's licence — to complete KYC verification.
4.3 Deposits may be made prior to full KYC completion in limited circumstances; however, withdrawals will not be processed until age and identity verification has been successfully completed to 1jcom's satisfaction.
4.4 Where 1jcom determines or has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account holder is under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals frozen, and the matter referred to the compliance team. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned; however, winnings generated during the underage period will be forfeited.
21+ Strictly Enforced: Attempting to register or continue using a 1jcom Account while under the age of 21 is a serious violation of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
1jcom currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency), and authorised Cash Deposit agents. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Where a deposit or withdrawal fails due to technical issues on the payment provider's side, 1jcom will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within two (2) business days. Players should contact support at [email protected] if a transaction remains unresolved after this period.
6.1 1jcom may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Bonus funds awarded by 1jcom are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 20,000 in qualifying wagers before any resulting balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will always be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each stake toward wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the promotion terms. Sports bets must meet minimum odds requirements (typically 1.50 or greater) to qualify for wagering contribution.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within the validity period specified in the offer terms will expire automatically and be removed from the player's balance. Standard bonus validity is 30 days from the date of award unless otherwise stated.
1jcom reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close accounts where it determines that a player has engaged in systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.

7.1 All bets placed on the 1jcom platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game category. These rules are published within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms.
7.2 1jcom reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet or game, restrict access to specific markets for individual players, or decline any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.
7.3 Bets accepted in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error or human input error — may be voided by 1jcom. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.
7.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or game result, 1jcom's records and the official result published by the relevant governing body (such as the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL events) shall be treated as conclusive.
7.5 All casino games on the 1jcom platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently audited. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are accurate representations of expected long-term payback and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1jcom platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

10.1 All content on the 1jcom platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, software code, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the proprietary intellectual property of 1jcom or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 1jcom.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of 1jcom's intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal liability.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 1jcom does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect platform availability. 1jcom will not be liable for any losses — including voided bets or missed gaming opportunities — resulting from such interruptions.
11.3 1jcom's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 1jcom collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 1jcom will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by 1jcom's licensing obligations.
12.3 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 1jcom, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. Data subject requests may be submitted to [email protected].
13.1 1jcom reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
13.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. Where no breach is found, any withheld withdrawals will be processed within five (5) business days of the investigation's conclusion.
13.3 Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 1jcom support. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following KYC verification, provided no breach of these Terms is identified.
14.1 1jcom reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 1jcom will notify registered players via email or a prominent on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
14.2 The version of these Terms in effect at the time of any transaction or dispute shall apply to that transaction or dispute unless a subsequent version has been accepted by the player.
14.3 The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Players who do not agree to revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 1jcom's jurisdiction of incorporation and its international gaming license terms.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a player and 1jcom, the player is encouraged to first raise the matter with 1jcom's customer support team. 1jcom will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally within ten (10) business days of a formal complaint being received.
15.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by 1jcom. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
15.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
